Policies

Services/treatments are available by appointment only. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms, or other paperwork, using the bathroom, etc. If you are a new patient, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your consultation. If you are late, it might cut into your treatment time or could cause your appointment to be cancelled. If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other client appointments (In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment).

Cancellation Policy

Abby Skin Clinic & FFMS Medical Spa Inc. have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us a 48-hour notice so we can make the time available to other clients. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of prepaid services booked.

Our consultation fee is $75 and will be credited to any of your treatments. Our consultation with you will average 30-60 minutes. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please do so prior to 48 business hours before your appointment.

Return Policy

No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are not able to use an unrendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one time exchange of the unused portion toward other services. Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.

Privacy Policy

Abby Skin Clinic & FFMS Medical Spa Inc. take privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.

Abby Skin Clinic & FFMS Medical Spa Inc. are committed to serving you in the best way that we can. We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results, and therefore, payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

Here at Abby Skin Clinic & FFMS Medical Spa Inc., we are happy to address any and all of your skin concerns with the treatments and skincare products we have to offer. It is important for you to understand that during your treatment at Abby Skin Clinic & FFMS Medical Spa Inc., we will give you a comprehensive plan that best suit your needs, and therefore, it is important that you do not use skincare products or undergo treatments at another facility or practice without prior notice to your skin care specialist. This will ensure that the treatments provided to you under the supervision of our team of beauty and skin care experts are properly done to achieve the best results within your needs and goals. This is not in any way to keep you from getting a second opinion if you so choose. Abby Skin Clinic & FFMS Medical Spa Inc. will be happy to recommend and refer you to specialists in other fields if needed, but we request that you ask us for a referral. We appreciate your consideration and compliance with this policy which will ultimately ensure that you receive a safe and comprehensive treatment plan.
