Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the following policies will be in place to keep our clients and staff safe.
First and foremost, please do not come into the clinic if you have 1 or more of the following symptoms: cough, sore throat, headache, muscle aches, fever, nasal congestion. If you or anyone you live with has one or more of these symptoms , you should self-quarantine and contact your primary doctor.
Under county guidelines, only Medical treatment appointments are allowed. All Medical treatments are performed by our Medical Doctor, Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners. We cannot schedule for facial treatments until further notice.
New clients:
We will send you our consultation form to fill out through MyTouchMD app. The email you provided will be used as your initial access point.
Once you arrive for your appointment, text us at 510-417-9614 to confirm your arrival.
Please stay in your car until we are ready. We will be seeing only a certain amount of patient at a time and disinfecting between patients. We will notify you when it is time to come in.
Please come in by yourself. Family or other visitors are not allowed. No pets allowed.
Face mask is required.
No food allowed. Water is permitted but must be kept in a closed beverage container.
Upon coming in, we will check your temperature and sanitize hands immediately after entering the clinic.
We will escort you to your room.
For underarm treatment and hair removal treatment-clients:
Please come in with your hair shaved and skin prepped.
(Underarm treatment) Please wear a sleeveless top or strapless top for your appointment.
Product purchase:
Please call us at 510-417-9614 before coming in to purchase products, this way we can prepare it for you already upon pick up.
